In this 4 hour class you will learn how to work and access deep hip, psoas and groin area muscles to relieve some chronic pain conditions and more acute issues. ex lower back pain, tight hips or pulled groin muscles. This class also has an ethics component since this is a "endangerment site"

About The Event

Hello everybody this is a quick check in for the class. Please bring a table heater, sheets and notebook and pens. Please wear comfy clothes you could do yoga in with no tight under wear or bras. The class will be at my office 55 1st place. It is a brown log building right behind Las margeritas on front street. There is parking in front and in back. This is a 4 hour class so lunch isn't needed but you can bring snacks to keep your energy up. We may be doing part of the class outside at a park if the weather is nice. Masks are required and there will be a temperature check. Elise WH LMT
