Ulf is a Naturopath, pain therapist, and masseur with a brilliant mind for bodywork. He will be combining the Thai massage techniques with elements of manual therapy, osteopathy, trigger point treatment, Chinese acupressure, yoga, tai chi movement, and creative physiotherapy, sending you as a participant home with a much deeper understanding of how to incorporate Thai massage into your practice in a much deeper way than the prescribed movements of the modality. As part of the workshop he will cover topics such as non-specific back pain, chronic headaches, shoulder impingement and epicondylitis. Elise is the World Champion Bronze Medalist in Freestyle Massage from 2017. As part of the retreat, you will get a 2 hour massage from her. Retreat price includes airfare, course, and accommodations with other retreat participants and Elise, allowing a more intimate community of therapists to learn with and practice with outside of class.
